I reserve the right to refuse your order. I typically only do this if I am overwhelmed with my current workload or if I feel the character is out of my skill level.

I do not take rush orders.

You are more than welcome to ask any questions that you may have!

Very simple characters (such as baby Digimon) may receive a discount for regular fullbody orders. Feel free to ask!

Commissions are for personal use only.

Do not use my art for AI/NFT/etc.

Payment

Full payment is due upfront upon order confirmation. I use PayPal (Goods and Services) or Ko-Fi.

Refunds will not be given upon starting your order. If I am unable to complete your order or if the TAT has passed without an update, your payment will be refunded.

TAT and Contact Information

Turnaround time can be up to two months after payment. Any delays will be communicated.

I will reach out about every two weeks for a progress update.

I only provide sketches for customs; however, you may let me know upon ordering if you would like a sketch for an icon or fullbody.
